On-site Paramedic
Role Purpose:
The On-site Paramedic will provide frontline emergency and pre-hospital medical
care at FG Gold, delivering 24/7 emergency cover, patient assessment, stabilisation, and
preparation for medical evacuation. Working within scope of practice and site medical protocols, the role supports the day-to-day running of the on-site clinic, treats minor injuries and common illnesses, assists with occupational health screening and health surveillance, maintains clinic and ambulance readiness, and delivers first aid and emergency response training to the workforce.
Senior Metallurgist
Role Purpose:
The Senior Metallurgist is responsible for providing metallurgical technical support, testwork and process optimisation for the fixed processing plant at the operational Baomahun gold mine.
The role ensures metallurgical performance is monitored and optimised to maximise gold recovery, and supports the Metallurgy Superintendent with plant surveys, metallurgical accounting and reagent optimisation.
Project Delivery Manager (PDM)
Role Purpose:
The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for the successful development and delivery of the Northern Frontier Gold Project, from Preliminary Economic Assessment through Pre-feasibility Study, to the commencement of mining operations and sustainable production within 2 to 3 years.
The role provides strategic leadership and project management expertise to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder requirements.
Operations Coordinator
Role Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities within the fixed processing plant, supporting shift coordination, production reporting and operational administration at the Baomahun gold mine.
The role ensures plant operations run smoothly across shifts, production data is accurately captured and reported, and operating procedures are consistently followed to support safe, efficient production.
Community Liaison Officer
Role Purpose:
The Community Liaison Officer is responsible for maintaining effective, transparent, and constructive relationships between FG Gold and communities located within and around the Company’s operational, exploration, and project areas.
The role serves as a key interface between FG Gold and local communities, traditional authorities, landowners, youth and women’s groups, local government representatives, and other community stakeholders, supporting stakeholder engagement, community consultations, grievance management, local content initiatives, land access activities, and the identification and management of emerging social and community risks.
Community Liaison & Administration Officer
Role Purpose:
The Community Liaison & Administration Officer is responsible for supporting effective engagement between FG Gold, local communities, traditional authorities, government representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders surrounding the mine and project areas.
The role serves as a key point of contact between FG Gold and host communities, supporting communication, consultation, grievance management, stakeholder engagement, local content initiatives, and community development activities.
