H&S Manager
Role Purpose:The H&S Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of FG Gold’s Health and Safety management systems. The role ensures that all construction, commissioning, mining, processing, maintenance, and infrastructure activities are conducted safely and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, international mining standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Role Purpose: The Chief Operating Officer (COO), a direct report to the Executive Chairman, is responsible for driving operational readiness and execution across the organization. The role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all operational departments of the company, excluding Finance and Projects, ensuring that systems, processes, and capabilities are aligned to support the company’s transition into full operational performance.
Sustainability Coordinator
Role Purpose: The Sustainability Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing Environmental and Social Action Plan in line with project commitment, lender requirement and applicable national regulations. The role ensures that ESAP actions are implemented on time, evidence is compiled and verified, and progress is clearly reported to internal management and external stakeholders including lenders.
Compliance Specialist
Role Purpose:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, mining regulations, environmental and social obligations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies across all phases of the mining lifecycle.
