Maintenance Superintendent
Role Purpose: The Maintenance Superintendent provides strategic and operational leadership for all Mobile Equipment (HME & LV), pumps, generators, dewatering units and all engine-driven auxiliary equipment. The role ensures these assets are maintained safely, reliably and to OEM standards. The Superintendent is accountable for equipment availability, maintenance cost performance, workforce capability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the department. The role supports production by ensuring all assets are fit?for?purpose and aligned with the mine’s operational and business objectives.
Mine Geology and Grade Control Superintendent
Role Purpose: The Mine Geology and Grade Control Superintendent will provide leadership and technical oversight for grade control operations in the mine. This role ensures that ore extraction aligns with geological models, production targets, and safety standards.
The Mine Geology and Grade Control Superintendent will manage staff performance through goal setting, feedback, and structured training, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He/She will implement and maintain procedures for effective grade control, mine geology operations, and mine-to-mill reconciliations, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
