    Accounting Analyst

    Role Purpose: The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in supporting FG Gold’s financial governance, reporting integrity, and regulatory compliance. The position is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting in line with internal standards, lender requirements, and statutory obligations, with a strong emphasis on CTA and covenant reporting.

    This role supports the preparation, coordination, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including audited financial statements and supporting management commentaries. The Accounting Analyst also ensures full compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, liaising with relevant authorities such as the NMA, Local Content Secretariat, NRA, SLEITI, and other applicable regulators.

    On-site Physician/General Practitioner

    Role Purpose: The On-site Physician/General Practitioner will serve as the primary medical authority at FG Gold, responsible for delivering 24/7 medical services, including emergency care, occupational health, and basic primary care. This role involves managing the on-site clinic, implementing health surveillance programs, leading medical emergency responses, and conducting routine health screenings for all on-site personnel.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance Accountant

    Role Purpose:

    The Financial Reporting and Compliance Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of FG Gold’s financial reporting and compliance obligations. The position supports internal and external financial reporting, lender compliance, and statutory regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on CTA and covenant reporting.

    The role is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including audited financial statements and supporting management commentaries. It also ensures full compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting obligations, coordinating submissions to relevant authorities such as the NMA, Local Content Secretariat, NRA, SLEITI, and other applicable regulators.
